SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Provide your preferred name/alias on your card

  • Official artwork must be used, or if you commissioned art from me. See link below what can be accepted.

  • You can list up to 5 social media sites/apps on your card. I can provide high quality logos so it's not necessary to submit them.

  • *Alternatives: Carrd or Linktree url

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

  • If you wish to commission a illustration from me, I can provide two options:

  • half body illustration: +$85 CAD/$ 62 USD

  • full body chibi illustration: +$60 CAD / $40 USD

  • (Note: turnaround time for the artwork will be about ~3-4 weeks depending on complexity)

  • Rush fee: +30%

  • IMPORTANT: I must require at least 2-3 weeks of working before your specific deadline, please message me if you have a deadline and I'll determine if I can accept it or not.

PROCESS

Step 1:
- For International customers:
Provide materials & full upfront payment. Payment will be made via Ko-fi or PayPal in USD
For Canadian customers:
Provide materials & full upfront payment.
Payment can be made either:
- E-transfer or PayPal (in CAD only)
- Ko-fi (in USD)Step 2:
- You'll be sent 2-4 different mockup designs (front and back) and you must pick one for each.- Once confirmed, your design files will be sent via email or Discord.To inquire, please submit a commission form below

  • Fan Art (only exception if you have a written permission from the original artist or if you commissioned art from me.)

  • Generated AI art

  • Members only / exclusive artwork or any images that is behind pay walls (such as Youtube memberships, Patreon, etc.)

  • Low quality artwork & screenshots

  • Anything NSFW
